A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

We built the eyewear we couldn't find.

I started Sleep ZM because the eyewear my family needed didn't exist at a price most families could afford. Either you paid $300 for specialty lenses or you settled for generic blue-blockers that ignored the science. We built the 14-lens system to close that gap — with the same lab certification, at a third of the price.

WHY SLEEP ZM STANDS OUT

FOURTEEN LENSES, NOT ONE

Most brands sell one tint and call it blue light protection. We built fourteen, each measured for a different kind of light — clear for all-day screens, yellow for long sessions, amber and red for the hours before bed, FL-41 rose for light sensitivity.

MEASURED, NOT ESTIMATED

Every lens is tested by Micor-Light Optics against ISO 12312-1 and ANSI Z80.3. We publish the blocking percentage, visible light transmission and filter category for all fourteen — including the figures that don't flatter us.

Reading glasses in five strengths, fit-overs that go over prescription frames, clip-ons that attach to them, and standard frames for everyone else.

Specialty lenses tested to this standard usually cost $100–$300. Ours start at $35.99, are FSA/HSA eligible, and come with 30-day returns.

We're not going to tell you glasses fix everything. Light is one input among several, and the evidence is stronger for some uses than others. What we can do is tell you exactly what each lens filters, and let you match it to the time of day.
