Daytime Blue Light Glasses — Comfort Collection
Daytime glasses are for the hours you spend at a screen: work, study, gaming and everything in between. Clear lenses keep colors exactly as they are, and yellow lenses filter more blue light and lift contrast when your eyes are tired by mid-afternoon.
Clear or yellow?
- Clarity™ clear: no visible tint and no color shift. Right for design work, photo editing and anyone who'd rather their glasses looked ordinary.
- FocusBoost™ yellow: a light tint that filters more blue light and increases contrast. Right for gaming, streaming and long days on a bright monitor.
Daytime habits that help as much as lenses
Most screen discomfort comes from how you use a screen, not only the light it emits. Blink often, because people blink far less when reading a screen, which is what leaves eyes dry and gritty. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Sit an arm's length from the monitor with the top of the screen at or just below eye level, and turn the brightness down to match the room.
If you already wear glasses
Choose a fit-over to go over your prescription frames, or a clip-on to attach to the front of them. Both come in yellow for daytime use.
Frequently asked questions
Will daytime glasses help me sleep?
A little, but the lenses that matter for sleep are amber and red, worn in the evening. See night-time glasses.
Can I wear them all day?
Yes. Clear and yellow lenses are designed for full days indoors.
Do you have reading strengths?
Yes, from +1.0x to +3.0x in blue light reading glasses.
What if they don't suit me?
Every pair comes with our 30-day return guarantee.
One catalog. Every kind of light.
Every lens lab-certified, every spec public. Pick the lens for the light you're in.
14 lens types. Not strength variants. Distinct lenses.
Other brands count "14 lenses" by stocking 3 strengths of the same color. We don't. Every Sleep ZM lens has a different spectral profile, a different use case, and a different lab certification.
