Fit Over Blue Light Glasses
Sleep ZM fit-over glasses slide straight over your prescription glasses, so you get blue light filtering without buying new lenses. Choose amber or red lenses for the evening, or yellow lenses for daytime screens, in a standard or XXL size for larger frames.
Which fit-over is right for you?
- Night-time Fit Over: amber lenses for evening screen time. Fits most standard prescription frames.
- Night-time XXL Fit Over: the same amber lenses in a roomier frame for larger glasses.
- Night-time Max XXL Fit Over: red lenses, our strongest night-time filter, in the XXL size.
- DaytimeMax Fit Over: yellow lenses for long days at a computer.
Fit-over or clip-on?
Fit-overs cover your whole frame, including the sides, and go on and off in a second. Clip-ons are smaller and lighter and attach to the front of your glasses. If your frames are large or an unusual shape, a fit-over is usually the easier choice.
Will they fit over my glasses?
Standard fit-overs suit most small and medium prescription frames. If your glasses are wide or deep, choose an XXL style. Not sure? Email support@sleepzm.com with your frame size and we'll help you choose.
Frequently asked questions
Do fit-overs change my prescription?
No. The fit-over lenses have no magnification. Your own glasses correct your vision, and the fit-over only filters light.
Amber, red or yellow?
Amber for general evening use, red for the strongest filter in the last hours before bed, and yellow for daytime screens. See the difference on our lens color guide.
What if they don't fit?
Every pair comes with our 30-day return guarantee.
One catalog. Every kind of light.
Every lens lab-certified, every spec public. Pick the lens for the light you're in.
14 lens types. Not strength variants. Distinct lenses.
Other brands count "14 lenses" by stocking 3 strengths of the same color. We don't. Every Sleep ZM lens has a different spectral profile, a different use case, and a different lab certification.
