The InvisiAid lens is independently lab-tested by Micro-Light Optics to filter 35% of blue light across 400–500nm, with 86% visible light transmission — a Category 0 filter under ISO 12312-1, rated UV400. Designed for long days on screens where you want a softer view without noticeably changing colors.
Straight about the evidence: we're not going to tell you screen light damages your eyes. The American Academy of Ophthalmology's position is that there's no good evidence it does, and a 2023 Cochrane review found blue-light filtering lenses probably make little or no difference to eye strain. Some people simply prefer how a clear filter feels at a screen.
