Independently lab-tested, the SleepAidMax lens filters 99.7% across 380–580nm at 22.2% visible light transmission — Category 2 under ISO 12312-1. It's the lens for the end of the day: the last two to three hours before bed, at a desk, on the sofa, or mid-session. Colours shift heavily warm, which is what filtering at this level looks like. Not a lens for driving.
